Who we are

AlitaBridge provides a B2B newsletter workspace for customer organizations. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you visit our website, create an account, or use the product.

Data we collect

• Account information (email, authentication identifiers) via our authentication provider
• Workspace membership, roles, settings, and usage data for newsletters and billing
• Business Exposure configuration and documents your organization provides, plus newsletter content drawn from news and market sources you enable
• Newsletter recipient email addresses, schedules, drafts, and delivery records
• Payment and subscription data via our payment provider (we do not store full payment card numbers)
• Technical logs (IP, device, request metadata) for security and reliability
• Data sent to AI model providers to generate newsletter drafts

How we use data

We use personal data to provide and operate AlitaBridge Newsletter, authenticate users, enforce security, process subscriptions and trials, deliver email newsletters to recipients your admins choose, improve the service, and support your organization.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use your content to train third-party foundation models.

We use third-party service providers — including authentication, hosting and database, payment (e.g. Stripe), email delivery (e.g. Resend), and AI model providers — who process data on our instructions as described in our agreements and this policy.

Retention depends on your contract and product settings; contact us or your administrator for organization-specific terms.

Your organization

For most workspace content (Business Exposure configuration, newsletter drafts, and recipient lists), your organization is typically the data controller and AlitaBridge acts as a processor on your organization’s instructions.

For account and billing data needed to run the service, AlitaBridge may act as controller or joint controller as required by law.

Workspace administrators control membership, newsletter topics and recipients, schedules, and whether sends are automatic or reviewed before delivery.
