Who we are

These terms are between you and AlitaBridge (“AlitaBridge”, “we”, “us”) for use of the AlitaBridge B2B workspace software and related websites.

Agreement

By creating an account or using AlitaBridge, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where you have authority, your organization. If you use AlitaBridge on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

Service

AlitaBridge provides a B2B workspace for admins to draft and send leadership newsletters by email — AI-assisted briefings from trusted news and data, in your organization’s voice, on a schedule you set or after admin review before send.

Free trials, usage limits, and self-serve plan caps (including newsletter recipient limits and monthly action quotas) are described on our Pricing page and in the product. Features and limits may change; we will communicate material changes to workspace administrators when practical.

Accounts

A workspace administrator creates a workspace and may invite teammates and newsletter recipients by email. Each admin signs in with their own account. Admins manage membership, billing, and newsletter settings for their organization.

Acceptable use

• Use the service lawfully and in line with your organization’s policies
• Do not attempt to breach security, abuse other tenants, or reverse engineer the platform
• You are responsible for content and configuration in your workspace and newsletters sent to recipients — including obtaining any consent required for email and complying with applicable laws

Your content

Your organization retains ownership of content you submit to the workspace. You grant AlitaBridge the rights needed to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service for your organization.

Billing

Newsletter is billed on a monthly plan by recipient tier after your free issue is used or expires. Before payment, each workspace may generate one full draft and send one manual newsletter to up to 2 recipients; the offer starts at sign-in or workspace creation and must be used within 15 days. Automated sends are not included in the free issue. No credit card is required to start unless we ask for one in the app.

When a free offer or trial ends, continued use of paid features requires a subscription in app Billing at the price shown before checkout. We do not automatically charge a payment method you have not provided. Self-serve plans support up to 20 newsletter recipients per send unless we agree otherwise in writing. Taxes may apply. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase or in the app.

Privacy and security

Our Privacy policy describes how we handle personal data. Our Security page summarizes how we approach tenancy and data handling. Those documents are incorporated into these terms by reference.

AI outputs and liability

The service is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated newsletter drafts may be incorrect or incomplete. They are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Verify important decisions using authoritative sources inside your organization.

To the extent permitted by law, AlitaBridge’s liability is limited as set out in these terms and any agreement with your organization. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised terms with an updated date. Material changes affecting your use will be communicated to workspace administrators when practical. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may cancel subscriptions according to in-app billing flows. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, risk to the platform or other customers, or non-payment.
